Coronavirus Update

Amidst the global COVID-19 outbreak we, like all other companies, are facing uncertainty around business operations. Here at Homezie we would like to inform you that we are open for business and continue to take bookings.


We are currently offering discounted rates at some of our properties during this time. Apartments available for key workers and those who need emergency accommodation due to current accommodation closures. All properties are operating reduced housekeeping services.

We are here to help you

We understand this is a difficult time and you may have questions about your booking. The Homezie team is here to help you – if you have any concerns about existing bookings or imminent trips ahead, you can contact us by email, telephone or whatsapp.

Moreover, if it’s help with trips to the shops for essential supplies, maintaining mental wellbeing through support in phone calls, sharing best practice ideas, or anything else, just let us know.

Tell us if you’re self-isolating

If you have any concerns about your health in relation to Coronavirus, please follow gov.uk guidelines and contact the NHS on 111.

If you:
• have been advised that you need to self-isolate
• have developed symptoms
• are on the NHS high risk list and have received a medical letter about this
• or have been diagnosed with Coronavirus, please contact our team on coronavirus.helpdesk@homezie.uk or 07828 871 669.

Our team will discuss your situation, see what can be done to help and agree next steps. You can also contact your Concierge via phone; however, in the instances listed above, please do not visit the Concierge desk in person.

We offer you peace of mind

We assure you that Homezie are taking extra precautions for the safety and wellbeing of our guests, staff members and service providers. However, we understand you may require flexibility or need to change travel plans. We can arrange flexible cancellation terms or negotiate the best booking options on your behalf. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Immediate accommodation requirements

We provide serviced apartments for guests as an alternative to hotel accommodation. At Homezie we have access to network of serviced apartments in Crawley, Redhill and Berkshire. If you have an accommodation requirement, please get in touch. We can offer both short and long-term solutions.
