A serviced apartment is a type of accommodation that can be booked on a night-by-night basis, features kitchen facilities and at least a once weekly maid service. Rates generally reduce as the length of stay increases.
Yes, most serviced apartments have free high speed Wi-Fi, and it’s normally included in the overall cost. For any troubleshooting issues, please refer to the guest welcome folder in your apartment, or contact the property manager using the contact details provided on your confirmation document..
You’ll find the following in all our apartments:
In the kitchen: dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave oven and all the kitchenware, cutlery and crockery you’ll need.
In the lounge: free Wi-Fi, LED TV, Freesat/Freeview. You’ll also find individually controlled heating systems, hoover, towels and linen, an iron and ironing board

Yes, many of our returning corporate clients have rate agreements in place. We’re happy to discuss rates and availability for both short and long term corporate stays. Please contact our office on info@homezie.uk.
Check in time is from 12pm on the day of your arrival and we ask that you check out by 8am on your day of departure. However, we are flexible on check in and check out times and we will try to accommodate your needs so please ask at time of booking.
We operate a first-come, first-served policy. However sometimes we are able to place an apartment ‘On Hold’ for a short period of time. Please contact our reservation team on info@homezie.uk to discuss your requirements.
Reservations are billed at the point of booking and must be paid in full before check-in. Our Account Management team agree a payment date with you during the reservation stage.
No. The majority of serviced apartments are non-smoking. This includes all apartments within any given development, and any internal communal areas. Smoking may be permitted in external areas, such as balconies, roof terraces and communal courtyards or gardens, but you should check the restrictions first.
